Officer Austin

Kevin is married to Kristi Austin (Richmond) (NPS Class of 1992) & has one adult child, Devin, who graduated from NPS in 2015.  

Kevin grew up around the Noble/ Norman area before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1986, just after graduation.  After his military service, he joined the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department as a Patrol Deputy from 1990-1993.  He worked for Noble PD from 1993-2007 as a Patrolman & for Purcell PD from 2007 to April 2023, retiring as the Criminal Investigations Division Lieutenant Commander.  

Kevin holds an Advanced CLEET Certification with over 2,100 hours of documented continuing education, including the Criminal Investigations Academy. His specialties have included multiple active shooter training programs, academy instructor, Multi-disciplinary child abuse teams, & Crimes Against Children subject matter experts.  Kevin is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the National Tactical Officer’s Association, & National Association of School Resource Officers.   

The Mission of the Noble Public Schools Campus Police Department is to protect and serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of the district while maintaining a safe learning atmosphere for the district. The officers are certified with the state of Oklahoma and have all powers, authority, and responsibilities granted by the state.

The Campus Police Department has established an agreement with the city of Noble to include adjacent public roads and property and maintains a working relationship with the city officers to include the cities' cross-jurisdiction with the district. In addition, Noble Campus PD School Resource Officers have been cross-commissioned with the Cleveland County Sheriff Department under Sheriff Chris Amason’s leadership.  Noble Campus PD holds full jurisdictional office county-wide.

Officer Kevin Standridge name

Officer Kevin Standridge

Officer Standridge grew up in Lexington where he comes from a family of public service. He is married to his wife Kim, and they have two young boys Kasin and Koltin, both of whom will be students of Noble Public Schools.

Officer Standridge has served in law enforcement for over a decade in a variety of positions. He was first hired in November of 2008 as a police dispatcher with the Lexington Police Department. Over the next several years, he was quickly promoted through the ranks of both Communications and Patrol, eventually joining the Noble Police Department. Officer Standridge served as a Communications Officer and Supervisor, Reserve and Full-time Patrolman, Master Police Officer, Field Training Officer, Crisis Intervention Team Member, Basic Law Enforcement Instructor, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge Vice President, and finally a Sergeant in the Patrol Division. Officer Standridge was also named Noble Police Officer of the Year in 2020.

He attended and graduated from both the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office Reserve Police Academy in March 2015, as well as the Full Time CLEET Peace Officer Academy in April 2017.

Officer Standridge holds an Advanced CLEET Peace Officer Certification and is an active instructor with experience teaching police cadets and community members. He is also an active member of the National Association of School Resource Officers, the National Tactical Officers Association, and the National Fraternal Order of Police.

As for higher education, Officer Standridge received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Business Administration and Management from Liberty University, and his Associate in Police Science from Oklahoma State University Oklahoma City. He also earned two additional certificates in Forensic and Investigative Sciences from the Texas A&M TEEX Forensic Science Academy.

Officer Caden Holt

Caden was born in Norman, Oklahoma and raised in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma where he comes from a long family history of public education. He is a graduate of Pauls Valley High School in the class of 2011. After high school, he attended Murray State College for one semester and played baseball. He then transferred to East Central University in Ada and majored in Criminal Justice. He graduated in 2015 with a bachelors degree and a CLEET certification. He was also on the Dean’s list his final year of college.

 Caden has been in law enforcement since 2015 and has spent that entire time in patrol and some time as an SRO. His career has mostly been spent at Noble Police Department, but has also spent time at Garvin County Sheriff’s Office, Del City Police Department, and the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office. He holds an Advanced Peace Officer certification from CLEET and has specialized in areas such as impaired driving enforcement, domestic violence investigations, and multiple active shooter response trainings.

 Caden lives in Norman and has two children, Tyler and Mollie. Caden spends his free time doing anything outside, spending time with his family, and watching sports.
