GoGuardian Teacher, is a software that allows teachers to:

Monitor live data from student screens during a Classroom Session by taking a screen shot of the screen every 3 seconds
Save a snapshot of a student’s screen
Open a Tab / Close a Tab on students Chromebook
Lock the Screen / Unlock the Screen on students Chromebook
Keep students on particular websites of your choosing by utilizing a Scene
Limit the number of tabs a student can have open at a given time
Get Off-Task Alerts for core subjects
Teacher Chat allows students to chat with a teacher
Send a class announcement to a student’s Chromebook
Review student activity after a session is completed
Video Conferencing (without having to send links to students!)
- Initiate group audio or video calls with students (up to 2-hour time limit)
- Initiate one-on-one audio or video calls with students
- Mute students and disable webcams during the call
- It will ring their Chromebook directly without you needing to send a link!
- If the student is offline, but included in the call, once the student comes back online the call tab will auto open for them and they will be able to join the ongoing call.
Recording Lessons (so you can send them to students who were not present)
- Record one-on-one audio and video calls
- Record group audio and video calls
- Record screen-sharing presentations
- Send recorded lesson to students via link
- Recordings are saved for 90 Days
Screen Sharing with Teacher Audio/Video (Host your own Webinar with students)
- Share the teachers screen, audio, and/or video with students
- Lock students to view only what the teacher is presenting
- Alternatively, allow students to use other tabs while the teacher is presenting

How to Access GoGuardian Teacher

Go to Clever Portal @ https://clever.com/in/nobleps

Click Login with Google Account

On the Dashboard, click on GoGuardian

The first time you login you will need to add your classrooms.

Go to Classrooms > Pending > Accept any classes / periods you would like to manage.

Important Information

A teacher can only run a classroom from 7AM to 8 PM Monday – Friday.
We have it set to only monitor school-owned devices. Personal devices will show up but you will be unable to view them.
Students will now see a blue school house on the side of their screen (at all times). This is a feature to let the students know we are monitoring them. This icon can be moved around the screen if needed.
Students will see a notice when they join a Teacher’s session.
Teachers will receive a daily teacher summary of their classes usage and statistics.
If you have a co-teacher or teacher aid you would like to add to your class please send in a workorder so we can enable them in GoGuardian, once enabled you can add them as a co-teacher and they will have access to the classroom.
